Lake Siskiyou Trout on the bite

Lake Siskiyou is in fine spring form beautiful weather and biting trout. Day 1 with LaVerna and Rusty couldn't have gone much better. The action was fast and furious the moment I put the plugs in the water. We had 3 trout in the box in 10 minutes, and that was how it went most of the morning. The bite slowed around noon but we still had good action it just wasn't one after another lol. 

The Browns and Rainbows are right around 2 pounds and our best was a 3 pound Brown. The meat is excellent if you like trout. Now is the time to come fish with me, traffic is next to nothing and the weather doesn't get much better. Check out the pictures they alwasy say it all best.
